A beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bath villa with cathedral ceilings overlooking the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea. Watch the sunrise from the wrap balcony, enjoy 180 degree views of the islands (from Tortola to St John to St Croix), or sip on a nice cold drink after a day at the beach watching the boats pull into harbor. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean waters from every room in this recently remodeled condo. Watch the moon rise or sunrise from the spacious balcony, or even your own bed! Two well-appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms flank the kitchen and living area with vaulted ceilings. Accommodates 4 adults comfortably in the bedrooms, with room for 2 more on the sleeper sofa in living room. Guest Access Enjoy a dip in the secluded pool shared by only a few other units in the complex and catch some rays on the sun loungers. Villa comes with WiFi and DISH network with all your favorite premium channels, or stream your favorites on Netflix/Amazon Prime. Xbox 360, DVDs, and board games are also available for those looking to unwind after a long day on the beach or in case you happen to catch that one rainy day we have each year. Token operated laundry is available on-site. A free wash and dry are provided for guests. Additional tokens can be purchased for a nominal fee if requested at check-in. The Neighborhood The small port town of Red Hook is just .2 miles down the hill and gets you to the numerous award winning restaurants and bars. If you are feeling adventurous, the passenger and car ferry boats to St John are within .5 miles and delivering you to the white sand beaches of the more quaint St John virgin isle. Redhook also offers great shopping, day charter boat tours to the BVIs, fishing excursions for big game fish, and diving tours for those seeking some more fun and sun while visiting. Getting Around Villa has ample parking right by the front entrance and is accessible by taxis as well. Upon arrival at the airport guests can take a taxi to the villa or rent a car. A car rental is highly recommended and will be more cost effective over the course of your stay. Having your own vehicle will provide more freedom and driving on the left hand side of the road is only weird for the first few minutes 😉

Cancellations
Cancellations under 30 days from arrival will be refunded at 50% (unless we can get the rooms re-booked for the cancelled dates)
Other things to note
Please note that the Virgin Islands government requires collection of a 12.5% Hotel tax based on the rental rate. This Tax will be added onto the room rate.
We use occupancy based pricing. Base rates are based on 2 guests. Additional guests after 2 are subject to $25/night per person fee plus tax (with the exception of holiday nights).
